Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

-Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Returned items must be un used and undamaged.

-Original cost of shipping is non returnable.

-Decal sets ordered with customized numbers are non returnable.

Only decals may be returned, paint sales are final; all electronics are non-returnable (defective electronics must be returned to the manufacture for repair/ replacement).

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

-Log into your Switch Line Decals account

-Go to the orders section

-Select the item/s you want to return

-Select the Qty of item/s you want to return (only if you purchased more than one of X item)

-Follow the drop downs, select the reason for return and if you would like a refund, store credit or a replacement

Additional Information:

-Refunds and credits are processed in 1-2 business days after receiving your return.

-Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We offer two US shipping methods:

Priority Mail Shipping- Tracked 1-4 days

First Class Mail Shipping- Tracked 3-5 days

Free Shipping on Orders Over $55.00

• When will you ship my order?
  All decals are printed to order, this helps us ensure you always receive a fresh updated set of decals each and every time. Please allow up to five days for printing and shipping.
• Can you print white?
  Yes! We offer full CMYK plus White, all decals except for 100K (Black) will get a white under lay. This white underlay is what allows the color decals to show up on a model that is not 100% white.
• If I choose to have specific numbers printed will I also get the number jumble?
  In many cases if you choose to have your desired numbers printed as a single number decal, we will replace the number jumble with your set numbers.
• Do you offer custom painting/ decal application?
  Yes, check out our partners page. We have a variety of modelers who use our decals and would be happy to help you with your painting project.
• I have designed my own decal sets, can you print them?
  Yes, we would be happy to print your graphics, check out our "Supplied Graphics Printing" tab for pricing and artwork requirements.
• Do you print more than just HO scale decals?
  Yes, however we design most sets in HO scale. If you’re looking for another scale, we may ask for sizing information to make sure we scale the graphics properly to your desired scale. (N, HO, O, G and many others).
• Do you mail outside of the US 48?
  Yes, we currently mail worldwide.
• Will I be charged sales tax?
  Illinois residents will be charged Illinois sales tax.
• I have never purchased your decals, is there a way I can try them out?
  Yes, we would be happy to mail you a few pieces of various decals. If you’re looking for a trial please contact us on the contact page.
• What happens if I purchase decals from you and I do not use them right away?
  Our decals will last up to 5 years (Normally 3-5 Years) if they are not used right away, this is if they are stored in a dark cool dry place. If you get around to using your decals too late contact us, we may ask for you to send in the old decals and we will replace them for up to 70% off of retail price. (If you have new set of decals that you believe are defective please send us a message).
