If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:
-Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returned items must be un used and undamaged.
-Original cost of shipping is non returnable.
-Decal sets ordered with customized numbers are non returnable.
Only decals may be returned, paint sales are final; all electronics are non-returnable (defective electronics must be returned to the manufacture for repair/ replacement).
TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
-Log into your Switch Line Decals account
-Go to the orders section
-Select the item/s you want to return
-Select the Qty of item/s you want to return (only if you purchased more than one of X item)
-Follow the drop downs, select the reason for return and if you would like a refund, store credit or a replacement
-Refunds and credits are processed in 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
-Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We do not currently mail any liquids outside of the USA, we only mail decals and accessories globally (tape, paint brushes pencils and other such items).
