Refund Policy 

All Switch Line Decals products are printed to order. Because each order is produced specifically for you after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Issues / Contact

If there is an issue with your order (missing items, printing defects, or damage in transit), please contact us at info@switchlinedecals.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

We Are Not Responsible For

  • Incorrect items ordered (including wrong scale, road name/number, variation, quantity, or product selection).
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
  • Packages delivered to the address provided. If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not able to replace or refund due to misdelivery, theft, or loss after delivery.
  • Order delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
  • Color/finish differences due to monitor/phone display settings, lighting, or printing variations that do not affect usability.
  • Application results (we cannot guarantee results if decals are applied incorrectly, used with incompatible chemicals/clear coats, or applied to unprepared surfaces).

Defects, Damage, or Missing Items

We stand behind what we produce. If your order arrives with a printing defect, was damaged in transit, or has missing items, we will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item(s). Refunds are not provided for printed-to-order items.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or returned to sender due to an address issue, refusal, or failed delivery, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your cart and shipping address carefully before checkout.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first at info@switchlinedecals.com so we can help. Payment disputes/chargebacks for delivered or correctly produced printed-to-order items may result in a restriction from future purchases.
